The Information Commons Associate is a resource for Information Commons student assistants, who staff the desk, concerning policies and procedures. The position performs processing tasks related to reserves, researching captioning requests against the libraries’ databases for faculty teaching, and manages circulation services such as overdue billing. This position serves as the singular Butler employee responsible for the building and its services during Sunday evening and Monday-Thursday weeknight hours.

Enrollment Marketing Specialist Marketing Communications
The Enrollment Marketing Specialist is responsible for the execution of marketing strategies and plans and the development of marketing content for prospective students. This position works closely with the Enrollment Management division, the academic colleges, and departments across campus that engage with prospective students. This position plays a key role in driving enrollment. As a member of the Marketing and Communications division, this collaborative role reports to the Associate Director of Enrollment Marketing and also interfaces daily with members of the Offices of Admission, Financial Aid, Enrollment Operations, Registration and Records, and the academic colleges. The College of Education (COE) at Butler University invites applications for a full-time, nine-month tenure track faculty position with a preferred start date of January 2024. Provides high-level administrative support and co-leads accreditation for the College of Education by collecting and organizing data, managing the flow of information, preparing reports, and conducting data audits. This position requires a deep understanding of program assessment for continuous improvement, data management systems, and compliance within higher education and educator preparation programs. Attention to detail is required.
