General Maintenance Worker Level 3 Operations
Under general direction of the Structures Supervisor, the General Maintenance Worker Level 3 repairs cabinets, counters, shelves, tables and miscellaneous furniture; replaces and repairs doors, closures and locks; alters and repairs a variety of building structures such as walls, partitions, doorways, windows and frames, stairways, masonry and roofs. Installs window glass and screens, applies wall and floor covering materials in addition to installing and repairing ceramic and other types of tile. Community Director Residential Life
Butler University is a private residential liberal and professional education community with a history of doing things differently. The Division of Student Affairs is committed to intentional engagement of students in facilities, programs, and services through learning outcomes associated with the dimensions of BU BeWell—the Butler model for student experience. The Office of Residence Life affirms the dignity of each individual and provides opportunities and services that promote educational and personal growth with an emphasis on well-being. The Community Director serves as a member of the Residence Life team that provides vision and direction for their residential community for an undergraduate on-campus population of 3500. The Community Director (CD) is responsible for one of four residential areas—University Apartments, second-year housing in Fairview House, or first-year housing in Irvington House or in the Residential College/Ross Hall Complex—each housing approximately 600 residents.
Admission and Marketing Coordinator Doctor of Medical Sciences Program DMS
This is a full-time, 12-month, staff appointment in the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.  The Admission and Marketing Coordinator Doctor of Medical Sciences (DMS) Program is responsible for the following: (1) serve as a liaison between the DMS Program and external affiliates (students; MPAS preceptors; institutions who employ clinically practicing physician assistants); (2) coordinate the admission and recruitment of doctoral students; (3) advise doctoral students in course registration; (4) assist with marketing efforts of the program, including participation in national conference exhibit/vending and DMS Program social media campaigns; (5) serve as an administrative assistant to faculty; and (6) provide customer service representation on behalf of the college with the goal of maintaining quality relationships.

Buttler University seeks a student-centered professional to join our Student Affairs team as the Assistant Director of Residence Life. Additional responsibilities will include supporting system needs and daily processes in the Office of Financial Aid.
Administrative Specialist, LSB Undergraduate Programs LSB - Gifts
The Lacy School of Business (LSB) at Butler University seeks an administrative specialist to provide general support for the undergraduate programs of the school. Duties will include: • Administrative support for the associate dean for undergraduate studies in class scheduling, curriculum change processes, course evaluation processes, and event and meeting management. • Support for the LSB academic advisor including handling student traffic flow, managing student files, advising and enrollment processes, etc. • Support to faculty members with occasional administrative tasks that will release faculty time for research and instruction. • Support to the college in marketing efforts. Candidates for this position should possess a high school diploma and at least three years’ experience in an administrative support position. In addition, they should have a thorough working-level knowledge of Word and Excel, knowledge of or the ability to learn to use other software applications and systems. Good communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to maintain confidentiality with respect to private records and the ability to work as part of a team are all a must. Finally, we prefer candidates with some knowledge of academic processes such as academic advising and evaluation/assessment.
