General Maintenance Worker Level 3 Operations
Under general direction of the Structures Supervisor, the General Maintenance Worker Level 3 repairs cabinets, counters, shelves, tables and miscellaneous furniture; replaces and repairs doors, closures and locks; alters and repairs a variety of building structures such as walls, partitions, doorways, windows and frames, stairways, masonry and roofs. Installs window glass and screens, applies wall and floor covering materials in addition to installing and repairing ceramic and other types of tile. May make routine electrical, plumbing and mechanical repairs when that work is integral to the repairs or installation. Helps guide the work of less experienced workers.

Financial Aid Systems Coordinator Fin Aid Admin
The Financial Aid Systems Coordinator directs the daily operations of the many automated systems used by the office of financial aid. This is a full-time, 12-month, staff appointment in the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.  The Admission and Marketing Coordinator Doctor of Medical Sciences (DMS) Program is responsible for the following: (1) serve as a liaison between the DMS Program and external affiliates (students; MPAS preceptors; institutions who employ clinically practicing physician assistants); (2) coordinate the admission and recruitment of doctoral students; (3) advise doctoral students in course registration; (4) assist with marketing efforts of the program, including participation in national conference exhibit/vending and DMS Program social media campaigns; (5) serve as an administrative assistant to faculty; and (6) provide customer service representation on behalf of the college with the goal of maintaining quality relationships.
Assistant Director of Residence Life Residential Life
Buttler University seeks a student-centered professional to join our Student Affairs team as the Assistant Director of Residence Life. The Assistant Director is a senior member of the Residence Life team and works closely with department staff, students, and campus partners to cultivate a residential environment that promotes student learning and safety while building community and advancing BUBeWell initiatives. The Assistant Director is responsible for a variety of Residence Life functions including building management, staff training, student conduct and conflict resolution, and StarRez maintenance. Building Services Assistant Bldg Services
The Building Services Assistant position provides daily housekeeping services for campus restrooms, classrooms, residence halls, offices, public areas and assists the Building Services department with event set-ups, snow removal and other housekeeping/grounds duties as necessary.
Sport Programs Intern Health and Recreation
Butler University’s Department of Recreation and Wellness was launched in 2005-2006 and proudly opened its first campus recreation facility, the Health and Recreation Complex (HRC), in August of 2006. Preventative Maintenance Technician Maintenance Services
We seek an individual to perform preventative maintenance and to repair, maintain, construct and operate various heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems in addition to various parts of plumbing and electrical systems. This is a Tuesday-Saturday 2:30 - 11 PM shift.
