Data Analyst Information Technology Exec
The Data Analyst position is a hands-on role responsible for analyzing and understanding business needs to translate needs into developed requirements and approach, and facilitate the implementation of the solution, with a key focus on continued development and improvement of the data model as well as and testing and support. Working with a talented group of peers, the Data Analyst will solve complex problems through various development projects and will ensure a quality product is built efficiently. This transformational role will coordinate with various business units and stakeholders to develop and grow the data function which will have a meaningful impact on business decisions. The initial focus of this position will be with the Human Resource and Finance offices. Strong communication skills and the ability to drive results from internal and 3rd party resources are critical skills for this role.
Study Abroad Evaluator & Registration Coordinator Regis & Records
The Study Abroad Evaluator is responsible for processing study abroad credit associated with the Butler-IFSA (Institute for Study Abroad) program, as well as all Butler University study abroad and exchange programs. This includes enrolling, evaluating, and posting credits and grades.

Business Analyst Information Technology Exec
The Business Analyst (BA) informs and enables change in the organizational context by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders. The BA skillfully selects and utilizes best practice methodologies to understand the business objectives and needs of University business and academic partners, identifying current and desired future-state business processes. The BA then helps both the University partners and Butler IT collaboratively envision the future, and how systems and work need to change to support that future. This often requires creating, analyzing and validating detailed functional design specifications, facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define solutions, and delivering elements of system design such as migration rules, business rules, wireframes or other detailed deliverables. The Senior BA does this through strong collaboration with business and academic partners and their Business Relationship Managers, as well as other IT resources such as Project Managers, developers, and technical support staff. The BA also drives the business analysis practice, mentors others, and balances the strategic vision of the Butler and Butler IT with their day-to-day operations.
Administrative Specialist - Theatre Theater - Operating
Butler University's Jordan College of the Arts, Department of Theatre seeks an Administrative Specialist. The Department of Theatre is known nationally for launching artists who transform the theatre and community. The Administrative Specialist in Theatre manages the departmental budget and ongoing curricular activities; plans, implements, and oversees department events; assists in the planning and execution of recruiting initiatives; assists the faculty in accomplishing all production-related needs; and coordinates international programs.
Program Services Coordinator Dean-Pharmacy
This is a full-time, 12-month, staff appointment in the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. The Program Services Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Associate Dean for Academic and Administrative Affairs and general office duties within the Office of the Dean. The academic program coordinator will serve as the primary contact for the office, assist in the collection, dissemination and reporting of assessment data, and assist in assigning advisees to academic advisors.

The Butler University Athletics Department seeks a hardworking and reliable individual to assist the Fieldhouse Crew Supervisor to manage the daily operations and event operations for the athletic facilities of Butler University. Regular hours for this full-time position are Monday-Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with required schedule flexibility to work evening and weekend events as needed.

Butler University is a private residential liberal and professional education community with a history of doing things differently. The Office of Residence Life affirms the dignity of each individual and provides opportunities and services that promote educational and personal growth with an emphasis on well-being. The Community Director serves as a member of the Residence Life team that provides vision and direction for their residential community for an undergraduate on-campus population of 3500. The Community Director (CD) is responsible for one of four residential areas—University Apartments, second-year housing in Fairview House, or first-year housing in Irvington House or in the Residential College/Ross Hall Complex—each housing approximately 600 residents.

The Central Indiana Small Business Development Center (SBDC), housed at Butler University’s Lacy School of Business, is seeking a full-time business advisor who will report to the SBDC's Regional Director. The business advisor’s role is primarily to provide on- and off-site, no- to low-cost training services to Indiana's small businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs. In addition, the business advisor is required to provide in-depth, confidential, no-cost business counseling, to provide resource and referral services, and, along with the Regional Director, to represent the Central Indiana SBDC in the community. Assistant Director of Residence Life Residential Life
Buttler University seeks a student-centered professional to join our Student Affairs team as the Assistant Director of Residence Life.
