The Program Coordinator for Graduation and Virtual Registration is responsible for auditing the records of all students who have applied to graduate, posting completed degrees to students’ transcripts, and ordering diplomas. This position works closely with individuals in other units of the university to ensure a successful Commencement program twice a year. In addition, this position is responsible for communicating with incoming students regarding the virtual registration process and communicating with colleges regarding their incoming student population. This position is housed in the office of Registration and Records and reports directly to the Registrar.

The Community Director serves as a member of the Residence Life team that provides vision and direction for their residential community for an undergraduate on-campus population of 3500. The Community Director (CD) is responsible for one of four residential areas—University Apartments, second-year housing in Fairview House, or first-year housing in Irvington House or in the Residential College/Ross Hall Complex—each housing approximately 600 residents.

Locksmith Maintenance Services
Under general supervision of Structures Supervisor, perform duties involved in the maintenance and alteration of door lock hardware for campus buildings and structures. Keep accurate records of all changes and alterations. Respond to customer and BUPD work requests as needed. Perform preventative maintenance duties as scheduled. Seeking locksmith with experience managing locks and keys in a campus setting with multiple buildings. Experience also with electronic locks and electronic key management systems is preferred.
Director, Butler Community Arts School Dean-JCA
Butler University seeks a Director for it's Community Arts School (BCAS). This position is responsible for all activities relating to the operation and growth of the Butler Community Arts School. This includes daily operations and administration, financial accounting, grant writing, development, strategic planning (short and long term), scheduling, training, assessment, quality control, community partner relationships, and summer camp operations. The Director acts as the primary contact for external as well as internal constituents: parents, children, community partner organizations, local foundations, faculty mentors, Teaching Fellows (Butler students), and Butler University departments (JCA as well as non-JCA) and support services.
