Reporting to the Director of Organizational Development and Effectiveness, the human resources project manager has ongoing responsibility for the management and strategic execution of institute-wide projects coordinating the design, testing, planning and implementation of projects. Serving as the champion for business process improvement, the HR project manager will focus on meeting project commitments, including change management and communication initiatives, collaborating with several stakeholders and multiple partners on each project.
Associate Director of Development Development
Butler University is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual for the role of Associate Director of Development in the Office of Advancement. A successful candidate will provide vision and leadership for the University and all related constituencies in accordance with the Advancement division and the University’s strategic plan. S/he will report to the Executive Director of Major Gifts and Planned Giving and serve as a member of the development team and a key contributor to the University’s ongoing comprehensive campaign. The position requires excellent collaborative skills to be applied with the Development Officers, other front-line fundraisers, and across departments.
Building Services Assistant Bldg Services
The Building Services Assistant position provides daily housekeeping services for campus restrooms, classrooms, residence halls, offices, public areas and assists the Building Services department with event set-ups, snow removal and other housekeeping/grounds duties as necessary.
Executive Director, Division of Professional Studies Strategy and Innovation
Ideal for the innovative and highly experienced candidate, the Executive Director of Division of Professional Studies (DPS), acts as the chief learning officer and oversees all aspects of Butler’s new adult, online and professional education division. The Executive Director oversees the creation, implementation, and realization of a strategic vision, ensuring that the division is positioned to become a leader in lifelong learning opportunities for adult and online learners and the organizations that employ these learners. In this capacity, the Executive Director will lead the development and expansion of a catalogue of credit and non-credit credentials, programs and degrees for adult, executive and/or online learners across new markets for the University. In addition to housing its own catalogue of programs, the Executive Director will serve as a key leader in guiding the University’s overall strategy for online education and non-traditional program development. Externally, this position will coordinate with various stakeholders, including corporations and workforce development organizations, to develop solutions that meet the region’s talent needs.
Building Services Lead Operations
Assist and provide daily supervision for up to 20 building services employees at any given time. Plan, schedule and coordinate assignments for building services staff engaged in maintenance and general housekeeping of university buildings. Determine priorities and adjust schedules as necessary. Ensure that the daily operation goals are met each day.
Assistant Coach - Softball Softball-Women
Butler University Athletics is looking to hire a part-time assistant softball coach.
Sr. Information Systems Analyst Information Technology Exec
The Senior Information Systems Analyst directs and implements the design, development, implementation strategy, and optimization of customer relationship management (CRM) systems, web platforms, and custom applications used by Enrollment Management. Develop project plans, schedules, and budget requirements and work with campus partners and external vendors to integrate and support solutions for prospective student engagement. Analyze, report upon, and ensure data integrity across Enrollment Management systems. This position reports to the Assistant Director, Information Technology and works closely with both IT developers and Enrollment Management staff.
Institutional Research Associate Institutional Research
The Office of Institutional Research & Assessment is searching for an Institutional Research (IR) Associate. The successful candidate primarily will be responsible for administering Butler’s campus-wide student course evaluation process each academic term.  In addition, the IR associate will help with Butler’s annual external reporting requirements and other duties as assigned.
Events Coordinator University Events
The Butler Arts & Events Center is seeking an Event Coordinator to join it’s event operations team. The Event Coordinator will assist with and lead event management across the various departments of the Center – Touring Events, Campus Events, Flat floor Rentals, and Guest Housing. An ideal candidate is a self starter that has experience with managing events in a fast paced environment, as well as, event management software (EMS, Venue Ops, Visio).

The Senior Project Manager (PN) Level 1 is responsible for planning, organizing, overseeing and delivering new architectural and engineering projects as well as renovating and upgrading existing frailties that support and enhance the living , teaching and learning environments for the Butler University community,This person will work in the Planning Design and Construction department within Operations to ensure the project management is provided at a consistent level. This individual will also work with the Campus Engineer to identify energy improvement projects and manage energy consumption/efficiency for campus and work with the Senior project manager or AVP of operations.
