Operations Coordinator - BAEC University Events
The Operations Coordinator primarily supports the scheduling and guest housing functions of the Butler Arts & Events Center to provide a superior campus experience for Butler’s diverse constituencies: students, alumni, faculty, staff, and guests of the University, and lessees of campus spaces. Alongside campus event spaces, guest housing, and event-services operations, the Butler Arts & Events Center is host to five performing arts venues compromised of Clowes Memorial Hall, Schrott Center for the Arts, Shelton Auditorium, Lilly Hall Studio Theater, Eidson-Duckwall Recital Hall. The Operations Coordinator reports to the Butler Arts and Events Center (BAEC) Director of Operations, and works closely with the Programming Manager for fluid and consistent booking of campus spaces and shows.

Athletics Assistant - Marketing Athletic Promotion
Serve as primary marketing contact for men’s & women’s soccer, women’s basketball and baseball- This includes assisting with the creation and execution of the 2021-22 marketing plan as well as coordination of additional attendance efforts and game day presentation. Serve as secondary marketing contact for men’s basketball- This includes serving on the game day marketing staff for home events and assisting with execution of marketing plan. Operate as catering coordinator- This includes ordering postgame meals for home games for men’s and women’s basketball, media and staff pre-game meals as well as working with campus caterer on game day private hospitality events. Serve as a contributing member of the external operations team- Assistant will work with the Associate AD for External, Director of Athletic Marketing, and the ticket office staff to generate revenue via season, single game and group ticket sales for our six ticketed sports. This includes attending weekly sales meetings. Social Media Management- This includes management of @ButlerUGear on Instagram and Butler Bulldogs on Pinterest as part of the Trademark & Licensing Program. Would also assist with management of @ButlerAthletics accounts on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Coordinate Logo Usage Special Requests for Bakeries and Personal Projects- This includes collecting and cataloguing request forms as well as writing and distributing permission letters. Manage Pepsi Allotment- Place orders and communicate with coaches on free product requests from Gatorade and Pepsi.

The Office of Institutional Research and Assessment (OIRA) is seeking a Senior Data Analyst (SDA). Reporting to the Director of Institutional Research & Assessment, the SDA’s primary role is to design and refine data models that help answer pertinent questions and generate actionable insights about institutional operations.
