Position Overview
The College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences at Butler University invites applications for a full-time, twelve-month, non-tenure-track clinical faculty position in Pharmacotherapy/Internal Medicine.
Primary responsibilities include teaching Doctor of Pharmacy students and physician assistant students affiliated with Butler University both in the didactic and experiential components of the curriculum while providing clinical pharmacy services in a public hospital setting in Indianapolis. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to, establishing a program that involves mentoring students and working collaboratively with faculty on joint teaching and research opportunities, especially in the areas of pharmacotherapy/internal medicine. Candidates should be committed to developing a multicultural environment, valuing the input of multiple viewpoints and perspectives across the university.

Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited institution with advanced experience or training in pharmacotherapy/internal medicine (PGY-1 residency and either a PGY-2 residency or fellowship or equivalent experience)
- Eligible for licensure in the state of Indiana
- Teaching experience coupled with a desire to use innovative teaching methods to engage and educate pharmacy students.
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, and a willingness to contribute to building an inclusive learning environment for an increasingly diverse student population.

The clinical practice site for this position is at the Indiana University (IU) Health Methodist Hospital in downtown Indianapolis.
