Preventative Maintenance Technician Maintenance Services
This position is responsible for repairing, maintaining, and installing heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems. In addition, this position is responsible for performing preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment. Finally, this position is responsible for swimming pool water quality, operation of Honeywell computer automated building information system, and campus wide salt delivery for softener systems.
TEMP Shop, Lead Maintenance Services
This person will perform preventative maintenance, plumbing, and other duties as it relates to the TEMP Shop. This position will also be a candidate to learn the supervisory duties and role of an Assistant Supervisor. This person will act as a supervisor for second shift employees. Answering questions, provide guidance, and lead.
Archival Intern Library Collections
This internship is designed for MLS/MLIS students enrolled in a formal internship program for credit; this is usually a 180-hour (3 credit) internship. We are seeking an enthusiastic Archival Intern who may or may not have previous archival or museum experience, but who is very interested in learning more about the field. He/she should have excellent research, writing, and computer skills, and a broad interest in primary source materials, including actual and digital materials. This internship will provide the prospective candidate with the opportunity to gain hands-on, practical experience in almost every area of archiving in a mixed-format academic archives; candidates may also gain exposure to library liaison work and information literacy instruction. Director, Prospect Development Development Svc
As an integral part of the Advancement Services Research and Prospect Development team, the Director, Prospect Development oversees and coordinates all the activities and day-to-day operations of the Prospect Development team, including prospect identification, pipeline development, prospect research, and relationship management throughout the prospect development life cycle. Building Services Assistant Bldg Services
The Building Services Assistant position will provide housekeeping and event set services to campus constituents five days per week. This position will also be required to work “Flex” day shift schedule (5:00 AM to 1:30 PM) that regularly includes overtime and weekends. Filling this vacant position will help us continue to provide proper health and safety coverage in residence halls and emergency service and work orders in all campus buildings.
Carpenter/Locksmith Maintenance Services
Under general supervision of Structures Supervisor, perform duties involved in the maintenance of structural components of the campus to include doors, windows, roofs, walls, and alteration of door and lock hardware for campus buildings and structures. Keep accurate records of all lock changes and alterations. Perform preventative maintenance duties as identified and scheduled. Participate as part of the team, called in after hours and on weekends on a rotating basis, to provide service for emergency lock situations.

Custodian CMH Admin
This is a part-time occasional position reporting to the Director of Operations of Clowes Memorial Hall with day-to-day supervision by the Lead Custodian. The position will require evenings, weekends and holidays as dictated by the hall schedule.
Instructional Designer Academic Prog Dev & Innovation
This position provides instructional design consulting and support services focusing on online and hybrid courses and programs via the Office of Academic Program Development and Innovation (APDI). This is a highly collaborative position that will work closely with faculty, staff and administrators around the university to support course and program implementation.
News Content Manager Marketing & Management
The News Content Manager develops relationships with members of the regional, national, and international media, and regularly pitches University stories and faculty experts to them, as well as newsworthy University stories, while also responding to their requests for information. The News Content Manager interacts regularly with University deans, administrators, faculty, and students to research, gather, and develop written and digital content that advances and supports University goals and objects.
