The Administrative Assistant is a supportive contributor to the execution of the tasks and goals of the Efroymson Diversity Center. This role manages and organizes the day to day logistical operations of the department through greeting, tracking, evaluating, recording/reporting, and inventorying. This internal-facing professional connects with the department/division staff teams to ensure successful outcomes toward our established goals.
The Administrative Assistant oversees the process-oriented functions of the Efroymson Diversity Center including, but not limited to the payment of vendors, producing necessary contracts, tracking student engagement, providing tours of the center to visitors, and responding to inquiries. |

| Under general direction of the Structures Supervisor, the General Maintenance Worker repairs cabinets, counters, shelves, tables and miscellaneous furniture; replaces and repairs doors, closures and locks; alters and repairs a variety of building structures such as walls, partitions, doorways, windows and frames, stairways, masonry and roofs. Installs window glass and screens, applies wall and floor covering materials in addition to installing and repairing ceramic and other types of tile. May make routine electrical, plumbing and mechanical repairs when that work is integral to the repairs or installation. Helps guide the work of less experienced workers. |
