Position: Part Time Assistant Coach - Women's Lacrosse  

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and recruit students that can succeed at Butler both academically and athletically
• Assist with Academic Monitoring of student-athletes
• Personal development of student-athletes
• Contribute to positive team culture
• Build and cultivate relationships with scholastic and non-scholastic coaches
• Assist with teaching and coaching in team and individual settings
• Game preparation via game and practice planning and film review
• Pre and post season conditioning, weight training and skill development

Required Qualifications 

• Earned four year baccalaureate degree required.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations required.
• Desired candidate will have outstanding verbal communication and leadership skills.
• Able to work effectively with student-athletes, coaches, administrators and staff.
• Demonstrated fundraising skills.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Masters preferred.
• Collegiate coaching preferred.
