The Lacy School of Business at Butler University seeks a Director of Graduate Programs to assist in the development, implementation, marketing, and monitoring of new online, hybrid, and on-ground graduate business programming; supervise the operation of four existing graduate degree programs; and serve as a point of contact for students, faculty, and the administration.
Assistant Director of Recreation & Wellness, Fitness & Marketing Health and Recreation
Butler University is seeking an Assistant Director to help lead and support a growing and innovative Fitness program based on the BU|BeWell experience framework and lead marketing efforts for the Office of Recreation & Wellness and assist with efforts for the Department of Health & Recreation. The dynamic Fitness program includes personal training, group fitness, and virtual programs and resources. Assistant Director of Recreation & Wellness- Competitive Sports Recreation and Wellness
Butler University is seeking an Assistant Director to help lead and support a growing and innovative Competitive Sports program based on the BU|BeWell experience framework. The Intramural Sports program consists of approximately 1500 unique Butler participants annually in 16 intramural sports with over 600 teams. The Club Sports program consists of 26 Competitive and Recreation clubs. Direct Reports consist of approximately 60-part time student employees. This position facilitates reservations, contracts, travel, marketing, administrative operations, purchasing, professional development, hiring and onboarding, financial and risk management, advancement, recruitment and assessment. This position will strive to foster an inclusive environment that seeks to serve a diverse campus community through actively developing and implementing strategies and programs to engage under-represented populations. The position reports to the Director of Recreation & Wellness.
Admission Counselor Admissions General
We seek a degreed professional to promote and represent the university to prospective students and assist students and families in the enrollment process. Reports to Associate Director of Admission and is responsible for all aspects regarding recruitment of prospective first year (and transfer students). Uses a strategic approach to territory management with guidance of the senior team to ensure steps are in place to meet enrollment goals. Executive Director, Division of Professional Studies Strategy and Innovation
Ideal for the innovative and highly experienced candidate, the Executive Director of Division of Professional Studies (DPS), acts as the chief learning officer and oversees all aspects of Butler’s new adult, online and professional education division. The Executive Director oversees the creation, implementation, and realization of a strategic vision, ensuring that the division is positioned to become a leader in lifelong learning opportunities for adult and online learners and the organizations that employ these learners. In this capacity, the Executive Director will lead the development and expansion of a catalogue of credit and non-credit credentials, programs and degrees for adult, executive and/or online learners across new markets for the University. In addition to housing its own catalogue of programs, the Executive Director will serve as a key leader in guiding the University’s overall strategy for online education and non-traditional program development. Research Assistant Pharmaceutical Sciences
Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Butler University seeks a responsible candidate for the research assistant position. The minimal degree requirement for this position requires advanced knowledge as evidenced by a Master’s degree in the general area of biomedical sciences, however candidates with higher degree also will be considered. We are seeking candidates with specialized, intellectual instruction and study, or must specialize in other similar fields, such as teaching, computer analytics, and engineering.
