Study Abroad Evaluator Registration and Records
The Study Abroad Evaluator is responsible for processing study abroad credit associated with the Butler-IFSA (Institute for Study Abroad) program, as well as all Butler University study abroad and exchange programs.  This includes enrolling, evaluating, and posting credits and grades.  Additionally, this position provides enrollment support for the domestic New York (NY) and Washington D.C. (DC) programs to include processing of study agreements to ensure appropriate tuition billing for these programs.  This position is housed in the office of Registration and Records and reports to the Assistant Registrar.
Building Services Assistant Bldg Services
The Building Services Assistant position provides daily housekeeping services for campus restrooms, classrooms, residence halls, offices, public areas and assists the Building Services department with event set-ups, snow removal and other housekeeping/grounds duties as necessary.
Post-Doctoral Research Associate Dean-Pharmacy
Caleb Class’s lab in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Butler University is seeking an enthusiastic researcher to lead and collaborate in the execution of bioinformatics research projects. The main project will involve the analysis and integration of genomic, transcriptomic, and other ‘omics data sets to better understand the metabolic networks involved in occurrence, progression, or treatment of various cancers. Additional collaborative research projects will involve other analyses of ‘omics or clinical data sets, and will allow the postdoctoral researcher to gain experience working directly with other scientists within and outside Butler University.
Sport Programs Intern Health and Recreation
Butler University’s Department of Recreation and Wellness was launched in 2005-2006 and proudly opened its first campus recreation facility, the Health and Recreation Complex (HRC), in August of 2006. This position reports to the Assistant Director of Recreation and Wellness –Sport Programs and assists in the daily operations of a dynamic campus recreation program. This internship provides comprehensive, hands on, learning experiences that further enhances the employee’s development in the field of campus recreation.
Office of Recreation & Wellness Operations Intern HRC Operations
Butler University's Office of Recreation & Wellness is looking for an individual interested in campus recreation, specifically facility operations. This position reports to the Assistant Director of Recreation, Aquatics & Operations and assists in the daily operations of a dynamic campus recreation facility and staff. This internship provides comprehensive, hands-on, learning experiences that further enhances the employee's development in the field of campus recreation and wellness.
Fitness Intern Health and Recreation
The Fitness Intern will assist the Assistant Director of Fitness and Marketing lead and support a growing and innovative Fitness program based on the BUBeWell experience framework for the Office of Recreation &Wellness and assist with efforts for the department of Health & Recreation. The dynamic Fitness program includes personal training, group fitness, and virtual programs and resources. This position will also help provide oversight of the HRC Fitness equipment, maintenance, purchases, and supporting student employees and services that helps develop and maintain faculty/staff relationships that promotes and improves the health and well-being of the Butler campus community. This position will help provide direct oversight of approximately 35 to 40-part time and student employees including Personal Trainers, Group Fitness Instructors, and Equipment Specialists. This position will strive to assist the Office of Recreation & Wellness foster an inclusive environment that seeks to serve a diverse campus community through actively developing and implementing strategies and programs to engage under-represented populations. This position directly reports to the Assistant Director of Fitness and Marketing.

Senior Data Analyst Institutional Research
The Office of Institutional Research and Assessment (OIRA) is seeking a Senior Data Analyst (SDA). Reporting to the Director of Institutional Research & Assessment, the SDA’s primary role is to design and refine data models that help answer pertinent questions and generate actionable insights about institutional operations. More specifically, the SDA will help lead the development of data and statistical models and the deployment of interactive dashboards that help university leaders answer strategic and operational questions and track key metrics over time.
