Position Overview
The Change Management Coordinator will work directly with the Change Management Project Lead and will play a key role in assisting with activities to ensure the Oracle implementation project meets objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage by focusing on the people side of change. The Change Coordinator will also support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.
Responsibilities
- Apply a structured methodology and support the Change Management Project Lead in the creation and implementation of change management activities
- Identify, and manage change impact and anticipated resistance
- Consult and coach project teams
- Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
- Support communication efforts and training efforts
- Lead the change network activities and coordinate activities with project workstream leads
- Integrate change management activities into project plan
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness
- Track and report issues
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree
- 1-3 years of experience working with project or change management teams
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
- Forward-looking with a holistic approach
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Change management certification or designation desired; Prosci Certification a plus
