The Strategic Communication Department in the College of Communication at Butler University invites applications for a one-year instructor who will also manage the college’s new online degree completion program, a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership (BSOL). The expected start date is August 2024. This position will primarily manage curriculum development and management, recruitment, enrollment, and promotion for the BSOL Program in collaboration with college, campus, and community partners. We seek applicants with strong professional and teaching experience in higher education, including the management of large academic curricular programming. They also must have a commitment to the integration of theory and practice, experiential learning, and inclusive pedagogies. This position will teach courses within the BSOL program, develop courses for the program, and potentially teach within the onsite traditional program in the Department of Strategic Communication, Organizational Communication and Leadership. |
