HVAC Technician Maintenance Services
The primary purpose of this position is to maintain the campus HVAC and Plumbing Systems.  Work will include Preventative Maintenance, Diagnostics, Parts Orders, Repair, and system operation via the Honeywell Building Automation System.  In addition, this position is required to be a CPO, (Certified Pool Operator), responsible for Chemical Treatment at the HRC Pool.  This includes daily measurement of chlorine and pH levels, adding chemicals as needed, and maintaining the pool equipment.
