The Admission Counselor promotes and represents the university to prospective students and assists students and families in the enrollment process. This role reports to the Associate Director of Admission and is responsible for all aspects regarding recruitment of prospective first year and transfer students. The Admission Counselor uses a strategic approach to territory management with guidance of the senior team to ensure steps are in place to meet enrollment goals, while assisting with the coordination of projects and programs as assigned. Associate Director, Admission – Founder’s College Admissions General

Director of Donor Relations and Stewardship Univ Advance
The Director of Donor Relations and Stewardship will lead the strategy and execution of Butler’s institution-wide comprehensive donor relations and stewardship program. Reporting to the Executive Director of Advancement Operations, the Director will lead efforts to deepen relationships with the university's most generous supporters, ensuring their continued engagement and investment in our mission and strategic priorities. The role of Director of Donor Relations and Stewardship is charged with the following three responsibilities: 1. Responsible for overall stewardship and engagement strategy for fund reporting, giving societies, high priority donors, and acknowledgment processes. 2. Oversee two (2) Assistant Directors of Donor Relations and Stewardship. Setting expectations and direction for the team. 3. Build and maintain relationships with Advancement staff and campus partners to integrate donor stewardship into strategies, campus events, solicitations, and underscore the importance of gift policies.

The position determines appropriate accommodations for students and provides individualized case management and direct support to students with disabilities under the applicable legal mandates and guidelines. This position also creates and implements programming and initiatives to help increase disability awareness across campus.
